ERemedy
Unter dem Namen eRemedy verbreitet der US-amerikanische Homöopath und Arzt William Edwin Gray III (kurz Bill Gray, geb. 13. Oktober 1942) MP3-Dateien, die eine heilende Wirkung auf völlig unterschiedliche und gleichzeitig schwere Krankheiten haben sollen. Die jeweiligen MP3-Dateien dauern etwa zehn Sekunden und sollen beispielsweise auf Mobiltelefonen über eine spezielle App abgespielt werden. Zum behaupteten Wirkmechanismus beruft sich Gray auf die Homöopathie. Gray ist Inhaber der Firma Coherence Apps LLC im kalifornischen Los Gatos bei Saratoga.[1] Gray behauptet auch, für seine Methode einen provisorischen Patentschutz zu haben.
Im Oktober 2014 behauptete Gray, in Sierra Leone drei Ebolapatienten mit Hilfe seiner pseudomedizinischen eRemedies drahtlos per Handy ferngeheilt zu haben, Er berichtet dies allerdings nicht in einer Fachzeitschrift, sondern bei facebook.[2] In der folgenden Diskussion bei facebook gestand Gray allerdings ein, dass die Erkrankten möglicherweise an einer ganz anderen Krankheit als dem Ebolafieber litten.[3] Zitat von Gray:
- Modern technology finally brings another encouraging option, however. Homeopathy is a two-century-old science with remedies capable of stimulating the body to heal itself. Homeopathy actually became famous worldwide treating scarlet fever, smallpox, yellow fever, cholera, typhoid, etc. — all as intense as Ebola. Ordinarily, the difficulty in the chaos of Ebola is just getting to a homeopathic doctor or pharmacy to acquire a remedy. Not a problem nowadays![4]
Im Mai 2018 wurde bekannt, dass die kalifornische California medical board Gray seine ärztliche Zulassung entziehen will.[5] Grund ist die Verschreibung der ERemedys als Sound-Files über das Internet.[6]

My Ebola project is succeeding. ...These are patients officially accepted in Ebola centers with classic Ebola symptoms, including one volunteer who made a PPE mistake and got it. It's true it could be malaria or typhoid, but they aren't transmitted that way. I don't know if they did blood work in such a remote center. When I get the official report, this will be more clear. Frankly, for my purposes it doesn't matter. If eRemedies can work so dramatically in such severe cases, it will work in other Ebola cases. As for stages, that is accounted for on http://EmergencyDr.org. Early and late stages get different eRemedies. eRemedy #2 hasn't been tested yet to my satisfaction.
