Bernard Raxlen ou Bernard T. Raxlen, médecin psychiatre, est membre et secrétaire du conseil d'administration de l'ILADS [2], l'un des auteurs des des lignes directrices de cet organisme [3] et a été l'un de ses présidents.
Le 30 octobre 2017, Bernard Raxlen a été mis en probation pour trois ans par le the New York State Board for Professional Medical Conduct (BPMC)[4][5] [6]
