Après avoir conclu que Lentz était coupable de «faute professionnelle répétée», la ALJ a recommandé la révocation de sa licence et l'amende. Étant donné que les procédures devant le Conseil exigent des preuves fondées sur des «preuves claires et convaincantes», la décision rendue en l'espèce répondait aux exigences de la loi. D'après l'enregistrement audio des délibérations du Conseil, il s’agit de la première affaire des «trois fautes» que le Conseil a examiné, bien que je n’aie pas pu le confirmer. Évidemment, on espère que le Conseil parviendra à la même conclusion, même sans la règle des trois fautes, si elle était saisie de cette affaire flagrante.
