From the caption in TAZ: "If we today stand in awe in front of the multitude of Steiner's root spirits, water beings, and chalk scribblings he painted on the blackboard, we should consider that Steiner, too, was just a human being, and alas a very stupid one, who thought he was smart. It would have been nice, however, if just a single one of Rudolf Steiner's students had shot a rotten tomato at the overstrung master's black board. Such an act of rebellion against the stupid plantrootwatercheesevisionthing of Steiner's might have damaged the entire anthroposophical movement in its infancy so much that it may have folded like a primrose.
