The days 19 and 28 of april, two further tests were performed in presence of swedish journalist Mats Lewan (Nyteknik). The apparatus was heating water and seemed to produce some steam on some occasion. According to Lewan, heating power was only 315 W. Rossi claimed, that heat produced would amount to more than 2 kW. There is no published report so far. Again, the yellow metering pump "LMI P18" was used. This time however, the flow rate was claimed to be between 63 and 68 ml/min (according to the experiment). These values are compatible with the data sheet of the pump. The stroke frequency was 32 strokes/min. Using a stroke volume of 2 ml (maximum possible), the pump would reach the same value (64 ml/min), confirming the value claimed by observing Lewan. Lewan checked the water flow by measuring water weight differences in particular periods of time.
It remains unclear, whether the heating power was constant 315 Watt. Lewan checked the total power once at the beginning of the experiment with a clamp amperemeter (1.6 A). When the journalist was in another romm filming a black outlet hose, and was turning the camera, it could be seen, that Rossi was touching the blue power control box. He could have modified the heating power.
