"Defkalion Green Technologies S.A."<ref>http://www.defkalion-energy.com/</ref>, owned by several investors, which according to Rossi will produce some of the energy catalysators. The owners of Defkalion are unknown. Aurel is also CEO of the "Invest Bank Montenegro" in Podgorica. Othe associates are vicepresident Christos Stremmenos (previous professor at the university of Bologna and previous Greek ambassador in Italy), the spokesman Symeon Tsalikoglou, and investment specialist Alexandros Xanthoulis.

The company seems to be set up only for selling and leasing the Rossi Ecat reactors. It seems to own the rights to sell them to Greece and the Balan area. According to greek newspaper "Investors World",
an old factury was already bought and Defkalios will invest 200 millions of euros. 100 millions of future euros seem to be destinated to the inventor Rossi.
Defkalion plans to rent or lease the 10 kW Ecat for 1300 euros per year.
