Auf der Webseite der Firma ASEA finden sich Angaben zur Herstellung der RSM-Produkte. Demnach werde die Flüssigkeit aus Wasser hergestellt, das aus der öffentlichen Wasserleitung in Utah stammt. Danach werde das Wasser herkömmlich gefiltert (Umkehrosmoseverfahren) und destilliert. Dem destillierten Wasser werde dann normales Kochsalz (Natriumchlorid) in unbekannter Konzentration beigemengt. Danach soll in einem patentierten Verfahren eine "Oxidation" stattfinden, der eine nicht näher erläuterte Reduktion des Salzgehalts folgen soll. Die Chlorionen (übliches gelöstes Kochsalz enthält stets Chlorionen und Natriumionen in der Lösung) sollen dabei in die 16 ungenannten "Redox-Signal-Moleküle" "integriert" werden und sich von Wasserclustern umgeben, wie sich der Anbieter ausdrückt. Die Natriumionen des Kochsalzs sollen von diesen Vorgängen nicht berührt werden. In englischer Sprache wird der Vorgang folgendermassn beschrieben:
