Die International Society of Primo Vascular System (ISPVS) ist eine 2010 gegründete Organisation zur Förderung der Akzeptanz des Primo-Gefäßsystems und Koordination der Forschung. Gründer waren die Südkoreaner Soh Kwang-Sup (Physiker) und Kyung A. Kang. Ein deutsches Gründungsmitglied war Peter Vaupel. Im Selbstverständnis: ''..The Mission of the International Society of Primo Vascular System is the exchange of information and knowledge, the updating the latest developments and techniques, and the discussion of controversial issues in the field of Primo Vascular System and also related fields, among interdisciplinary scientists including scientists, engineers, clinicians and mathematicians, etc..''

Die ISPVS macht sich die Hypothese einer angeblichen Übeinstimmung zwischen Primo-Gefäßsystem und traditionellen Meridianen zueigen und stellt dies auf ihren Webseiten als eine Art Tatsache dar. (siehe Abbildung der Startseite der ISPVS-Webseiten)
