Der Hole in one - Kunde oder Patient liegt unter der Behandlung in Seitenlage auf einem speziellen Behandlungstisch. Der Kopfteil dieses Tisches ist federnd ausgeführt. Der Behandler übt so genannte manuelle seitliche Impulse auf den Atlas aus um diesen in eine als natürlich bezeichnete Position zu bringen.
