The electrode and/or the spacing piece and/or the optionally available housing is provided with one or more earthed layers or covers (protections) of conductive material or paint material, of which, if a housing is present, at least one is arranged entirely or partially on the outside of the housing or inside its wall for the protection of the electrode and/or its line.
