Die International Medical University of Natural Education (IMUNE, auch IMUNE University) ist eine seit 1996 existierende Scheinuniversität, die wertlose Lizenzen und falsche Doktor- und Professorentitel verkauft. Die IMUNE bezeichnet sich selbst als Universität (Like all great research universities, IMUNE has a tripartite mission: to create, preserve, and disseminate knowledge in Natural and Energetic Medicine), wird jedoch international nicht als solche anerkannt. Eine auffindbare Adresse wird nicht genannt, ein Campus, Hörsäle oder Forschungsinstitute existieren nicht.

Ein im Internet veröffentlichter Werbetext zum Eigenverständnis und Zweck der IMUNE führt aus, dass die Betreiber eine Mission haben. So wolle man Alternativmedizin und "Energiemedizin" vor anderen "pschopathischen" Unternehmen, den Medien und "Den Ultrareichen" in Schutz nehmen:
