Nach zusammenfassenden Angaben von Krivit seien Angeben des "Ecat Trio" bislang wissenschaftlich hochgradig lückenhaft (''Thus far, the scientific details provided by the E-Cat trio have been highly deficient and have not enabled the public to make an objective evaluation''). Auch der Bericht von Essen/Kullander habe erhebliche Schwächen uns massgeblich vom Trio beeinflusst: ..''significant weakness in its presentation of data and calculations and is highly constrained by the methodology dictated and instrumentation provided by the E-Cat trio''. Nach Ansichten von Krivit sei er sich nicht sicher, dass Levi die Bedeutung des Nachweises von trockenem Dampf verstanden habe. Krivit empfahl ihm seinen umstrittenen Bericht vom 21. Januar zu überarbeiten und fragte ihn anch den originalen Rohdaten des Experiments vom 14. Januar 2011. Levi soll ihm zugesagt haben die Daten von Januar und von den Februar-Experimenten zu überlassen.
