Die Gruppe vertritt auch einen "Spirituellen Heilung" zur Heilung von physischen und psychischen Krankheiten. (siehe [[Geistheilen]]) Die Spiritual Science Reasearch Foundation geht auch auf Behandlungen von Krebs ein. Nach dem eigenen Credo sei Krebs die Folge eines "spirituellen Erbes".
