Zum International Tribunal of Natural Justice gehört auch ein ebenso privates Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse und eine Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the Weaponisation of the Biosphere. Durch die Namensgebung, ein pompöses Siegel und die Verwendung von Richterroben wird der falsche Eindruck erweckt es handele sich um ein internationales Gericht wie etwa der Internationale Gerichtshof (kurz IGH; französisch Cour internationale de Justice, CIJ; englisch International Court of Justice, ICJ) oder Internationaler Seegerichtshof. Das ITNJ behauptet in seiner "Verfassung"<ref>https://www.itnj.org/itnj/itnj-constitution/</ref> allmächtige, überstaatliche Befugnisse zu haben, die ihm von allen Einwohnern der Welt verliehen worden wären:

Tatsächlich aber hat der ITNJ keinerlei rechtliche Kompetenzen oder Machtbefugnisse und es existieren keine entsprechenden staatlichen Ratifizierungen. Auch wird nicht nachvollziehbar dargelegt auf welche Weise die Weltbevölkerung das ITNJ-Team bestimmt oder legitimiert haben soll. Es zeigen sich Parallelen zum 2013 [[OPPT]] (One People´s Public Trust), der auch in der [[Reichsbürgerbewegung]] populär war, und sich ebenfalls auf eingebildete globale Machtbefugnisse berief. Der OPPT diente vor dem Zweck staatliche Vollstreckungsmassnahmen im Falle von Zahlungsunwilligkeit oder Zahlungsunfähigkeit zu verhindern.
