Die International Society of Primo Vascular System (ISPVS) ist eine 2010 gegründete Organisation zur Förderung der Akzeptanz des Primo-Gefäßsystems, Koordination der Forschung und zur Verbreitung der bislang widerlegten Hypothese einer Identität mit dem Konzept der Meridiane. Gründer waren die Südkoreaner Soh Kwang-Sup (Physiker) und Kyung A. Kang. Ein deutsches Gründungsmitglied war Peter Vaupel. Im Selbstverständnis: ''"The purpose of this Society shall be to facilitate the exchange of scientific information among those interested in any aspect of primo system. [...] The Mission of the International Society of Primo Vascular System is the exchange of information and knowledge, the updating the latest developments and techniques, and the discussion of controversial issues in the field of Primo Vascular System and also related fields, among interdisciplinary scientists including scientists, engineers, clinicians and mathematicians, etc."''
